Attaining full compensation for the work Restoration Contractors perform

Our job is to make sure YOU are accurately compensated for the scope-of-work you completed.

Restorers may be under the impression that turning in your invoice guarantees that you will be paid fully and on time for your restoration job.

Not necessarily.

With a constant flow of claims from around the country of water damage, asbestos, fire and smoke, storms and more, insurance carriers can often get overworked. Sometimes this pressure on carriers results in working the established system of delay, devalue, or deny your claim to their advantage. And sometimes, indirectly leaving the property owner stuck in the middle – between the contractor and the insurance company. Carriers may even stop communicating to you fully, adding even more layers to get your restoration bill settled and resolved so you can cover your costs of doing business. Not to mention, the property owner may be in indemnification-limbo.

In this general scenario, there is more time and money required to fully get compensated for a job usually ALREADY completed. You’ve paid your team and laborers. Your overhead is piling up, and homeowners are tired of the restoration process taking so long.

This creates a sticky billing headache with an unresolved, unaccepted claim payment.
